Yes! We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and disinfected to ensure we are providing the highest quality service to you and your guests.
That varies on your location. Every rental of $250 or more includes free deliver within a 15 mile radius. Outside of that radius there is a fee added to cover our transportation and associated costs.
The standard time for a rental is 8 hours, your rental will be delivered, set up, and ready to use prior to your event start time. You will be contacted by a member of our staff 24 – 72 hours before your event to schedule your deliver and collection times.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one units at occasions including: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of surface your rental will be installed. Typically when setting up on grass long steel stakes are used to anchor the unit in place, while other surfaces require the use of heavy weights/sandbags. Additional pricing may apply for set ups requiring weights/sandbags.
We do not generally allow for overnight rentals. If you have a special circumstance and would like to inquire about a multi-day or over night rental please feel free to reach out to us through our contact page and a representative will be happy to get back to you.
Unfortunately, due to liability and insurance issues we can not set up at apartment complexes.
As a family owned business we understand that things come up and plans can change that is why we offer a 100% refund on cancelations made more than 7 days prior to the event start date and a 50% refund for cancelations made up to 24 hours prior to the event.
Please Note: We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to any conditions that we deem unsafe, failure to meet the site requirements, or unexpected severe weather.
As Michiganders ourselves we understand the unpredictability of the weather. We will closely monitor the weather conditions and remain in contact about the potential cancelations. If we deem that a cancelation is necessary we will provide a 100% refund.
Please note: That rain alone does not warrant a sufficient reason for cancelation.
